Brian Calhoon partners with Lynnfield High School teacher, Julie Sgroi, who is running the Boston Marathon in support of her sister, recently diagnosed with brain cancer. On the evening of Friday December 15th, join Brian and Julie for a festive evening of marimba music and fundraising at the Lynnfield High School Band Room. There will be raffle prizes, light refreshments, and live entertainment -- something for everyone from classical, musical theater and sing-a-long. Come for the music, and stay for a good cause!
Brian Calhoon’s Marimba Cabaret is an evening of theater tunes, classical covers and pop hits re-imagined for marimba and voice. Brian will be joined by surprise special guests. All proceeds from the event will be donated to the marathon fundraiser.
Admission by donation: $10 suggested donation (cash, check or online)
